PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bookkeeping system, an automatic journalizing method, an automatic journalizing program and a storage medium for storing the automatic journalizing program, capable of performing automatic journalizing only by performing remarks input at the bookkeeping input time, and thereby enabling a small-scale corporation or a personal enterpriser having no professional accounting/tax knowledge to perform simply bookkeeping input into a cashbook or an auxiliary book.;SOLUTION: When a remarks character string 'cash (high-quality green tea)' is inputted (figure 8 (a)) when a remarks name displayed on remarks column 67-4 by narrowing transaction divisions is not proper, a remarks dictionary file is retrieved by using the 'cash (high-quality green tea)' as a key, and a remarks dictionary record including the inputted remarks character string is displayed on a list (figure 8 (b)). When selecting a proper remarks name from among them, the selected remarks name, a mate account name, a tax class name or the like are automatically inputted/displayed in the remarks column 67-4, a mate account column 67-5, and a tax class column 67-7 (figure 8 (c)).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
