PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic journalized data link correction method capable of automatically correcting journalized data for a consumption tax only by the correction of transaction journalized data in the case of correcting the transaction journalized data and consumption tax journalized data. SOLUTION: When a processing selection signal is sent from a processing selection part 1, a control part 2 extracts journalized data from a journalized data file on a medium stored in a storage part 3 in lined up order and a relation judging part 5 judges master-slave relation with journalized data for one record previously extracted. Then an edition processing part 6 executes edition processing based on the judgment of the judging part 5 and an edited result is displayed on the screen of a display part 7. When correction processing is selected, a selection processing part 1 sends a correcting instruction signal and a control part 2 allows a correction processing part 8 to execute corresponding correction processing. In this case, the input and specification of data can be executed only by master journalized data, and when the master journalized data are inputted, the addition or correction of consumption tax journalized data to be slave journalized data is cooperatively and automatically executed. When a check is requested, the check of the additional data or the deletion or updating of stored data is executed.
