PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system of a simple constitution for charging a parking lot for users of public facilities and appropriately preventing a fraudulent use.;SOLUTION: This control system is provided with a computer function 13 incorporated in a fee adjustment means (12), a parking ticket issue means (4) issuing a parking ticket comprising an IC card, depositing permission means (4 and 5), facility in/out gates 10 and 11 transmitting an in/out time to the computer function 13 by sensing the parking ticket carried by persons going in/out the facilities 8, the fee adjustment means (12) provided with a display function 12a performing a display necessary for adjusting the parking fee or preventing fraudulent use of the parking lot in cooperation with the computer function 13 by the sensing of the parking ticket, and delivering permission means (6 and 7) provided with an alarm means 3 and a display function 6a.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
