Refers more particularly to an electronic system (1) of charging collection and control of residence time of cars (a) stationed in roads and parking lots, public (V)Viable to be implanted by prefectures municipalities in general to replace the traditional charging methods or "blue zone", the electronic system (1) comprises an array of electronic appliancesu00f3nicos (D1) and a set of communication media (D2) which are interconnected and communicating with the appliances of the set (D1).Since the set of electronic devices (D1) is formed by: (a) a device link (2), provided in the vehicle (V).And communicating with the central control (17) through transmission signals (st); (b) an electronic optical terminal (15).Designed to be used by the supervisor (f) whose function is to verify the authenticity of the device communicator (2); the number of communication (D2) comprises: 1) a control unit (17) equipadWith the software of sorting (18) which monitors all the operations; 2) at least one operator (RTM) or equivalent system.With the network of antennas radio transmitter (T); 3) the raiser of the municipality (ORM); 4) the banking system (HCB).
