Polyethyleneglycol is mixed to the following sulfuric acid by 1.0-3.5 wt.% for preparation. In this case, by using polyethyleneglycol with at least 4,000,000 molecular weight that shows a viscosity being bonded to the films 9 and 10 and cannot flow down, an electrolyte 2 can have high detection sensitivity and small economical change.
