PURPOSE: To easily and inexpensively produce a rubber glove capable of being easily attached and detached without using foreign matter such as a lubricant or the like. ;CONSTITUTION: A glove mold is immersed in a compounded latex soln. to form a first layer composed of the compounded latex soln. on the surface of the mold. This glove mold is immersed in a surface treatment soln. based on fine particles of a thermoplastic resin, rubber latex and blocked isocyanate to form a second layer composed of the surface treatment soln. having the fine particles of the thermoplastic resin dispersed therein on the first layer. Next, the fine particles of the thermoplastic resin are heated to temp. equal to or higher than the m.p. of the thermoplastic resin to be brought to a semi-molten state to vulcanize and cure the first and second layers. Further, the first and second layers are extracted from the glove mold while turned over so that the first layer becomes an outer surface and the second layer becomes an inner surface to obtain a rubber glove.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
