PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for culturing Tricholom matsutake for transplantation, by which the culture work of the Tricholom matsutake for the transplantation and the transplantation work of the Tricholom matsutake after the culture can simply be carried out. SOLUTION: The cylinder main body 2 of a culture cylinder 1 is inserted into a dent 8 which is formed in the main body 6 of a culture container 5 and is used for mounting the culture cylinder therein, and an agar culture medium 11 is charged in the culture cylinder. The agar culture medium 11 is inoculated with the spores of the Tricholom matsutake, and then covered with a cap 3B. The main body 6 of the container is covered with a container lid 7. The culture container 5 is subjected in the state to the culture of the Tricholom matsutake for the transplantation under prescribed atmosphere conditions. After the culture, the cylinder main body 2 is taken out and then planted in a target culture medium for the transplantation. Thus, the culture and transplantation of the Tricholom matsutake for the transplantation can be performed with the simple works.
