PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting Tricholoma matsutake in high specificity, usable for prediction of emergence of the Tricholoma matsutake, and to provide a method for determining the Tricholoma matsutake.;SOLUTION: The primer set for detecting and determining the Tricholoma matsutake by a PCR method includes a forward-side primer and a reverse-side primer, comprising specific base sequences. The methods for detecting and determining mycelia of the Tricholoma matsutake in soil use the real-time and determination PCR method utilizing the primer set.
