PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for depositing a titanium-dioxide-based thin film having controlled crystal structure, particularly a titanium-dioxide-based thin film having anatase-based crystal structure, onto the surface of a base material by a simple process.;SOLUTION: By irradiating titanium dioxide or a mixture of noble metal and titanium dioxide with a first laser and a second laser while providing time difference under reduced pressure, the titanium-dioxide-based thin film with controlled crystal structure can be deposited onto the surface of the base material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
