CONSTITUTION:A stage A for supplying the soln. of the dry distillate of tea leaves to a first column packed with an octadecyl silica gel-based, packing agent and adsorbing the adsorbable components in the dry distillate of tea leaves into the packing agent, a stage B connecting a second column packed with the octadecyl silica gel, packing agent downstream of the first column and supplying a carrier liquid consisting of water contg. ethanol to the first column side and flowing out the component absorbed in the absorbent of the first column via the second column and a stage C for separating and acquiring flowing out in an initial period and the components remaining in the column among the outflow components from the second column are executed.
