PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunoassay method for an analytical object and a kit therefor capable of detecting amphetamine, methamphetamine and methylenedioxy designer amphetamine compound in a urine sample with high sensitivity by immunoassay method.;SOLUTION: In the immunoassay method of the analytical object and the kit therefor, a biosample, a first antibody specific to amphetamine and having a cross reactivity with an amphetamine analog of methylenedioxy phenylalkylamine, a second antibody specific to methamphetamine and having a cross reactivity with amphetamine analog of methylenedioxy phenylalkyamine and the complex containing ligand of the analytical object bonding an identification part are mixed; the existence or the quantity of a complex obtained are measured; and the measuring result is compared with the substance with a known quantity, selected from a group composed of methylenedioxy designer amphetamine compound.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
