PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To high-efficiently remove a combustible component and a toxic component by a method wherein a rotary shaft extending along the flow direction of exhaust gas is arranged at the end part of the opening part of an exhaust gas flow passage, a free rotary blade rotated by an exhaust gas flow is provided, and the free rotary blade is rotated at a speed exceeding a specified peripheral speed, and a component to be removed in exhaust gas is burnt and decomposed. ;SOLUTION: A fixed guide blade 6 to inject exhaust gas in the direction of flame and effect sufficient contact between exhaust gas and the high temperature part of flame is arranged at the opening part of an exhaust gas flow passage 3 of a combustion nozzle 2. Further, the combustion nozzle 2 has a rotary shaft 7 extending along a flow direction of exhaust gas and arranged at the end part of the opening part of the exhaust gas flow passage 3, and a free rotary blade 8 rotated by an exhaust flow is provided. In treatment, the speed of air flowing between an outer cylinder 1a and an inner cylinder 1b is set to 1m/sec or more and the free rotary blade 8 of the combustion nozzle 2 is rotated at a peripheral speed of 1m/sec or more and flame of fuel gas and exhaust gas are brought into contact with each other.
