PACKAGE LAYDOWN PLANNING METHOD FOR ASSEMBLY PARTS FOR LARGE-SIZED MACHINERY, AND SIMULATION DEVICE TO DRAW LAYDOWN PLAN UP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package laydown planning method for assembly parts for a large-sized machinery and a simulation device for drawing the package laydown plan which can compare the package laydown plan with a result and which can three-dimensionally check the generation of interference.;SOLUTION: Three-dimensional data of a building 1, each package 4 of assembly parts for a large-sized machinery 5, equipment 2a inside of the building 1 and a package moving machinery such as a moving crane 3a are previously stored in a simulation device. On the basis of the stored three dimensional data, simulation is performed to lay down each package 4 of the large-sized machinery 5 in order in a working area 1a, which is previously set on the simulation, while following the assembly order and to move parts and devices inside of each package 4 in order from the laydown position with the package moving machinery to assemble the large-sized machinery without generating a problem. On the basis of a result of this simulation, a plan for laying down each package 4 in order in the working area 1a is drawn up.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
