PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a halogen free substantially colorless flame retardant polyolefin resin composition having a high practicability capable of replacing a polyvinyl chloride based resin and its laminated sheet, excellent in processability, flexibility, mechanical strength and coloring flexibility. ;SOLUTION: The substantially colorless resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt of a polyolefin resin, 10-200 pts.wt of a nonhalogen flame retardant and 1-50 pts.wt of a heat decomposable N2 gas generating agent (e.g. an azo compound, a sulfohydrazide compound or a nitroso compound).
