PURPOSE: To rotate a head rest forward smoothly in a head rest-integrated seat back. ;CONSTITUTION: A trim cover for composing a head rest H and a seat back SB comprises a lover cover part 20 for composing a left and a right side surfaces and a back surface of the seat back SB, and a separately formed upper cover part 10 for composing a left and a right side surfaces and a back surface of the head rest H.
