PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body frame of a bicycle or a tricycle, having a large rigidity to store components such as a fuel tank or electric parts in a closed space in the vehicle body frame, and provide a bicycle or a tricycle having the vehicle body frame. ;SOLUTION: (1). In this vehicle body frame of a bicycle or a tricycle, the front to the back of the vehicle body is integrally formed, a part of the vehicle body frame is formed as a part 44a having a closed sectional form, and the part 44a is provided with reinforcing parts 34, 35, 36, 37, 38 extended substantially in the direction of the vehicle width and/or substantially in the vertical direction of the vehicle body. A storing space for storing components is provided in the part having the closed sectional form. (2). In this bicycle or tricycle, the vehicle body frame is integrally formed extending from the front of the body to the back thereof. A part of the vehicle body frame is formed as a part having a closed sectional form, and the part is provided with reinforcing parts substantially in the direction of vehicle width and/or substantially in the vertical direction of body.
