PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vessel exclusive for recovery of large pressurized membrane structure at sea capable of safely and easily loading a stratosphere airship without any damage, and an operation method therefor.;SOLUTION: A deck 13 for loading a large pressurized membrane structure 20 is provided on at least one semi-submerged type lower hull floating body 11 to and from which seawater ballast 40 is injected and drained, and the deck 13 is submerged and floated by injecting or draining the seawater ballast 40 to and from the lower hull floating body 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
