PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of moving business. ;SOLUTION: An information processing device 10-1 at an original address, a moving agent portable terminal 20, a moving agent server 30, a real estate agent terminal 50 of the original address, and a real estate agent terminal 60 at a new address can send/receive information via the Internet 100. The information processing device 10-1, when estimating the removal cost, accesses a Web page on the moving agent server 30, inputs predetermined removal indispensable information and transmits it via the Internet 100. When receiving the removal indispensable information, the moving agent server 30 determines estimate of moving costs from the removal indispensable information, estimates volume of cargos, and accurately determines the size of a distributed vehicle, the number of required personnels, and packaging materials.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
