PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly and quickly execute an interactive deal by extracting change points of order contents when the order is changed, and monitoring the response term and appropriately notifying an alarm for a deal between an ordering side and an order receiving side. ;SOLUTION: This system has a comparison section 32 storing a deal request into a data storing section 31 when receiving the deal request from an order terminal 10, comparing a previous deal request stored in the data storing section 31 and the newly received deal request for generating differential data when the received deal request is a request for change of the deal, and transmitting the deal request to an order receiving terminal 20 with attaching the differential data, and a monitoring section 33 notifying the order receiving terminal 20 of an alarm indicating that the response term is getting near if the response has not been returned by a predetermined date and time of the response term included in the deal request.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
