Aromatic Polymers are described monovinilideno modified with rubber with improved strength and rigidity, as well as a process for their Preparation.The Polymer comprises: (a) an Aromatic monovinilideno Polymer Matrix; and (b) Rubber particles dispersed therein, wherein the Rubber particles are produced from a Diene Rubber having a substantially linear structure that contains less than a branch of CAD Ena long by 10000 carbon Atoms in the base structure of the polymer with a viscosity solution of 5 cpoise 1000 cpoise and Mooney viscosity of from 5 to 120.
