Sepn. of human or animal plasma proteins is effected by chromatographing a solubilised cryoprecipitate fraction on a moderately ionic anion-exchange resin, such that very large mols. may be retained and hydrophobic interactions come into play, and recovering each of the proteins selectively by increasing the ionic strength of the elution buffer.
