A METHOD FOR MARKING ARTICLES WITH THE HELP OF THE SET OF MARKERS AND A MARKER THEREFOR

The invention refers to the methods for marking articles and markers for marking various products including antiquary things, musical instruments, works of arts, cars and organization equipment, intended for identification of these articles and things, their protection from imitation, falsification and forgery as well as with the goal to exclude the usage of the products falsified. The offered method of marking articles is characterized in that each of markers represents a carrier of information attached to the surface of articles with a capacity of visual reading out, the area of every information carrier being determined within 0,1 mm2 to 10 mm2. The information is applied either over or inside the information carrier with an opportunity of reading out by an optical system. The carrier of information is placed into an adhesive substance and covered over all its sides with a protective layer of the adhesive substance possessing a transparency in a solid state. Then it is attached to the surface of the article by means of this substance. Thus the technical result of invention is achieved, i.e., a possibility to form individual information fields on the article is provided by sticking the information carriers to the surface of articles with the preliminarily applied to them micromarkers that are timely read out by means of an optical system having a relatively simple design.
