Strain of Aspergillus niger 33-19 fungi - producer of amylolytic enzymes

The invention refers to biotechnology, in particular to a new fungus strain that may be used in microbiological industry for amylolytic enzymes obtaining, in the food industry for starch, alcohol obtaining, in baking of bread, in the pharmaceutical industry for obtaining of medicinal preparations.It is proposed a new strain of Aspergillus niger 33-19 fungi producer of amylolytic enzymes, deposited under the number CNM FD 02with the National Collection of Microorganisms of the Institute of Microbiology of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Moldova. The strain is characterized by a high amylase biosynthesis level.
