The present describes a procedure for the preparation of hydrating liquid mix, RELISH, auxiliary in diminishing of arthritis ailments, which is a hydrocarbon fraction derived from oil obtained from catalytic distillation at atmospheric pressure and vacuum (pressures up to 0.1 mm of Hg), from crude oil or its fractions, at temperatures ranging from 30°C to 550°C and using catalyst based on ferro-silicoaluminates. Subsequently, a mixing process is performed at different temperatures from the fractions obtained in the mentioned distillations with transition metals of the Group 1-B and a nonmetal of the Group III; and finally, subduing the mixture to radiation with ultraviolet light with wavelengths of 650 nanometers, with application time of no less than 10 hours and at temperatures of 200°C.
