The present invention relates to compositions of white clinker with high-sulfur content coming from oil coke with high-sulfur content used as fuel presenting also low energetic consumption and fast-setting, containing the following quantities of clinker phases in weight percentage: 3CaO.SiO2 (C3S): 40 to 75, 2CaO.SiO2 (C2S): 10 to 35, 3CaO.Al2O3 (C3A): 0 to 15, CaO.SO3 (Cdegree ): 0 to 10, 4CaO.3Al2O3. SO3 (C4A3??): 2 to 15, 11CaO. 7Al2O3. CaF2 (C11A7. CaF2): 0 to 5, %CaF2Total: 0.3 to 1.5 measured as CaF2, %Fe2O3: 0 to 0.5, and a SO3 content of between 1.5 and 5% in weight obtained by calcination of a raw mixture containing CaO, SiO2, Al2O3 and CaF2, using as fuel oil coke with a 5% higher sulfur content, at temperatures ranging between 1200 a 1350degree C, without the addition of any additive containing SO3, in the raw mixture.
