Describes a method for producing Clinker and White Cement with High Content of Sulfur from Petroleum Coke with high Sulphur content greater than 4.5 per cent by weight, used as fuel in conventional equipment and facilities, wherein the method comprises treating the raw mix to optimize their physical-chemical characteristics combined with the control of Process parameters.Obtaining a reduction in the clinkering temperature and as a result, it reduces the concentration of SO3 in the Burned material which is Fed to the Rotary Kiln, increasing the content of Calcium sulfate in the clinker.
