摘要

Ceramic films present a wide range of applications; therefore there are always researches on synthesis, deposit procedures and novel uses of ceramic films. The disclosure intends to use electric current by means of a diluted aqueous solution of zirconium oxychloride in order to form OH ions by means of precipitating the zirconium hydroxides and oxides. Said hydroxides and oxides migrate via electrophoresis to a cathode, thereby the same depositing by coagulation as gelatinous polymeric precipitates on a stainless steel plate 316, which is extracted from the electrodeposition cell and subjected to a consolidation thermal treatment.
