A method of contraception comprises daily administering to a female of childbearing age a contraceptively effective amount of a progestagen and intermittently administering the anti-progestagen Org 33245 having the formula (I). The anti-progestagen can be administered on days 1 to 4 or on days 1 to 7 in a cycle of 28 to 32 days.
