A device for formation of the cloud of finely dispersed particles of the liquid contains sprayer, attachment point of sprayer, sprayer, control system, power unit and liquid feed system of the sprayer. The housing of sprayer is cylindrical. Liquid feed system of the sprayer is made in such a manner that it contains liquid tank, delivery pump connected with the tank, filter and conduits of liquid supply into the sprayer. Device also contains collar placed in the rear end of the said housing. In the rear end wall of the sprayer housing the opening for passage of the attachment point and pipeline of the force main. The openings are executed on the cylindrical surface of the sprayer housing. Sprayer is made in the form of fine-meshed screen. Fairing is fixed on the front-end wall of the sprayer housing.
