METHOD FOR DETECTING THE THYMUS EPITHELIAL RETICULOCYTES IN EXPERIMENTAL ANIMALS

The proposed method for detecting the thymus epithelial reticulocytes in experimental animals consists in preparing the histological preparation of the thymus, providing the histochemical reaction of the preparation with the pectin of wheat ovary, and analyzing the reaction product by optical microscopy.
