Method for degassing coal beds tending to gas-dynamical effects is in pumping in working fluid in the mode of hydro-separation to the wells drilled according to the "cross" layout to the layer from the surface and placed in directions of the main and the supplementary crack systems; extraction of fluid from the layer and development of the well. Pumping in of the working fluid to the well is performed in sequence through one or more wells, after that the wells are closed, pumping in is performed through the central well; at the mouths of the closed wells one controls the pressure, and at increase of the pressure in one of the wells up to 0.5 - 0.7 MPa it is opened with liberation of the working fluid with coal fines, quantity of the coal fines is determined and through its volume one makes a decision about the volume of the cracks formed in the bed.
