Method for implementation of mine workings on seams tending to gas-dynamical effects includes penetration of unloading development working by rocks of ceiling of coal seam, drilling of technological wells to coal seam from there, sealing of those and carrying out of gas-dynamical effect, penetration of development working by processed zone of seam, with delay compared to unloading field development working. Field unloading development working is drilled at distance b. m, from seam, to coal seam one drills technological wells, development working by seam is penetrated with displacement at axis by lift of coal seam with respect to axis of field unloading development working. Simultaneously with penetration of working one drills from it to zone of implementation of breakage operations technological wells through rock plug.
