A method for hydro-dynamical effect on highly fractured coal seams tending to gas-dynamical effects that includes drilling technological wells to coal seam, well tightening and implementation of hydro-dynamic effect on rock massif that is carried out after backfill of highly fractured coal seam with pumping in there water-loam mixture with percent content of loam.
