The fenestrated self-attaching endoprosthesis of the blood vessel, predominantly abdominal or thoracic aorta comprises the flexible tubular frame made from the blood-impermeable material containing one or several radial side openings and flexible zigzagging elements attached inside spaced one from another. The latter contain the broadened embossing generating the closed rhomboid space. The radial openings are located within the said rhomboid space alongside the line connecting the apices of the broadened embossing elements.
