The method for the surgical treatment of the craniocerebral wound due to the shot from the gas barreled gun comprises the dissection of the soft tissues at the site of the wound, the wound treatment with the alkaline solution, the trepanation of the skull followed by wound canal revision and the repeated postoperative treatment with the alkaline solution.
