The stable antihemolysis coating for blood bottles comprises two siloxanes: polyethyl siloxane B and polyphenyl methylsiloxane-4 at a 1:2 ratio. The coating technique consists in pouring the walls of the bottles inside with the siloxane mixture stated above. Prior to coating, the mixture is thoroughly mixed in thermostable glass vessel and kept one hour at a temperature of 230 DEGREE C until the visual homogeneity. The blood bottles are placed to the oven at 90 DEGREE C. Upon coating, the bottles are turned over, placed onto the filter, and dried further at a room temperature for 10-12 hours.
