Method to obtain pulse flux with impact action includes fluid supply at constant pressure and formation of pulsing flow by application of longitudinal vibrations to the liquid flow supplied at constant pressure with given amplitude and frequency of vibrations. The appliance for implementation of the method includes connected in sequence pressure accumulator, flow-forming node with a nozzle, conical-cylindrical in shape, spring and control system. The control system comprises of a hydro-cylinder, with the piston connected to the nozzle, electromagnetic hydro-booster with outlets to switch it to the pump station, this is connected to the hydro-cylinder; integrator, this is connected to the generator of electric pulses, and back coupling sensor.
