The proposed device for generating high-power short pulses of coherent microwave radio radiation can be used in radar systems, radio communication systems, radio altimeters, weapon control systems, and other systems with pulse radio radiation. The device contains a microwave oscillator, a ring running wave resonator, a directed coupler with a matched load, and a hybrid junction with a matched load. The advantage of the proposed device is a possibility to reduce consumed power.
