Combination of: a) a threaded fastener (S) having an axis, a threaded section and a head section, the head section formed with a surface generally radial end, provided with a transverse slot damaged having portions being inclined side wall defining a first angle, and b) a drill cylindrical extraction (10, 124) having an axis aligned with the axis of the fixture and one end formed with a tip (36, 136), said end a pair of diametrically opposed longitudinal recesses (18, 118), each of which is bordered by an oriented in a direction opposite of clockwise and having surface longitudinal scraping (20, 20a, 120, 120a) one scraping edge (22, 22a, 122, 122a), the scraping edges are located in a first plane containing the axis of the bit and defining a second angle (a) less sharp than the first angle, adapting the rascadocon edges of the end surface of the fixing device outside the slot.
