PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external case and an external case assembly which do not give any limitation to a forming means of a display surface, do not damage the display surface and enable easy replacement of the display.;SOLUTION: The external case 10 comprises a film formed item 12 obtained by draw-molding a colored or displayed film and a transparent or translucent cover case 11.
