Disclosed is an exercising apparatus capable of simultaneously playing a computer or video game while taking exercise. The exercising apparatus capable of playing a computer-video game, comprises a body of the exercising apparatus; a handle bar rotatably mounted on the body; and a handle bar-returning means for returning the handle bar to an initial position with respect to the body. And, the apparatus further comprise a rotation angle detection unit for detecting the rotation angle of the handle bar. In the exercising apparatus, a handle bar is mounted on a conventional exercising apparatus such as an indoor cycle, and the game is controlled by using the movement of the handle bar. The exercising apparatus for training of physical strength can be utilized for various uses. The use of a returning member results in improvement of applicability to the game and reality.
