The present invention relates to the colloidal dispersion of nanoparticles of calcium phosphate and of at least one protein, and whose size of the nanoparticles is between 50 to 300 nm, and in which the morphology of the nanoparticles is spherical. These dispersions are prepared by a process characterized in that it comprises the following steps: a mixture comprising the complexing agent of the calcium and a source of calcium, are then added to this medium, at least one protein, it is then added thereto a source of phosphorous, and then the medium is heated. The present invention also relates to the nanoparticles produced by freeze-drying of the dispersion, as well as the particles obtained by calcination of the lyophilized nanoparticles.
