The present invention relates to a production method for preparing an alkaline organic by using food waste etc, in which an additive prepared by finely pulverized natural materials such as lime, sillimanite, coquina, bio stones, wollastonite and montmorillonite or light burned lite is added to the various organic waste, and stirred for properly mixing the additive with the organic waste. Harmful substances contained in the organic waste are removed and the organic substances are dissolved while controlling a moisture content of the organic waste at a high speed in a short time, thereby removing bad smell of the organic waste and sterilizing germs. The dough-state material produced as the result is molded in a size of 2.5-3.5 mm and packed by a packing unit after drying. The fertilizer produced as above is composed of natural alkaline organic components, so that the oxygenated soil is improved for the organic agriculture without any pesticide, the harmful substances contained in the soil are removed, and the high yield of crops may be realized with good taste.
