PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of organic fertilizer which removes harmful materials in soil, improves acidified soil due to its alkalinity and produces high quality crops by using organic waste and natural minerals such as coquina, elvan, montmorillonite, etc. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of organic fertilizer comprises the steps of: (i) mixing 100pts.wt. of organic waste with 5-30pts.wt. of limestone and sillimanite at 180deg.C or higher induced by reaction heat and controlling the moisture content of the mixture to be 455%; (ii) adding 10-40pts.wt. of ground natural mineral selected from coquina, elvan, wollastonite or montmorillonite to 100pts.wt. of mixture of step(i) to be 355% of moisture content; (iii) forming the mixture to a size of 2.5-3.5mm; and (iv) drying it to be 205% of moisture content.
