The invention relates to a slow-released glyphosate formulation with super-molecular structure and the preparation method thereof. The mixed salt solution of two soluble metal salts is compounded by one step with glyphosate basic solution into GLY-LDHs with super-molecular, the chemical formula thereof is (M2+)1-x(M3+)x(OH)2(GLY-)al(GLY2-)a2(GLY3-)a3(Bn-)b.mH2O, wherein anionic layer LDH is the main body, and the glyphosate is the interbedded object. In the formulation, the glyphosate is 8-50 wt%, and the water is 1-35 wt%. The releasing of glyphosate can retain 0.2-24 months. Such GLY-LDHs is applicable for soil with wild pH ranges, such as 3-13.
