The present invention relates to the composition comprising lysophosphatide acid-like substance and use these analogs as the agonist of LPA receptor actives or the method for antagonist. In addition, in single LPA receptors, (i.e. LPA1, LPA2 are different with the selective degree on LPA3) the present invention relates to LPA receptor stimulating agents. More particularly it relates to LPA analogs, wherein glycerol is replaced by ethanol amine, and various substituent groups are connected at the second carbon atom.
