The genetically modified plants show increased accumulation starch and/or increased yield in starch storage component, due to reducing the plant of the active source sexual gland thuja acid kinases in the cell of organ or tissue (ADK). Therefore, this reduction can be by introducing nucleic acid molecules, such as the suitable antisense RNA of nucleic acid molecule encoding, into Plant Genome. Moreover, generating the recombinant nucleic acid molecule of these plants and method is described.
