The present invention provides an anti-squeal shim for use in a disc brake comprising a pressing member for pressing a brake pad toward a disc rotor and a back plate of the brake pad in a disc brake, wherein the anti-squeal shim comprises a plated steel plate (1) and a rubber layer (2), wherein the rubber layer is fixed on at least one side thereof.
