PURPOSE: A bias preventing method is provided to prevent a bias phenomenon when performing a welding work by adopting a PID control method to a bias preventing control system of a welding device. CONSTITUTION: A bias degree of a pressure vessel is measured by using a sensor including a linear transducer. Measured data are converted by using a counter unit in such a manner that measured data are calculated. The converted value and an origin point value are inputted into a control section. Then, the converted value and the origin point value are calculated through a PID control manner by using a PLC device of the control section. Then, a motor is controlled based on the calculated value in such a manner that the pressure vessel is prevented from being biased.
