A dynamometer control system with a PID control algorithm is provided to reduce an offset and to improve control ability according to variation of a reference value. A dynamometer control system adjusts an input/output valve by inputting a reference torque in order to adjust variation of load. The dynamometer control system compares a predetermined reference torque value with a real torque value in order to supply power proportional to a difference value between the predetermined reference torque value and the real torque value. The dynamometer control system includes a PID controller performing an integration operation for removing a control error and a differentiating operation for achieving fast response speed.
